Since 13th of June 2014 customers have to explain their withdrawal. Just returning the item is no longer sufficient.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 100 days without having to give a reason! It starts on the day you or a third person named by you and is not the carrier, received the goods.

To comply with the cancellation period it is sufficient to message your intention to cancel the contract within the cancellation period. To speed up the process please enclose our return form duly completed to your return shipment:Return form

Free return shipment

Return shipment to us is for free. We will send you a return label for free return via mail upon request. You have to print the label and stick it to the package.

Please note that we do not accept unpaid shipments!

After receiving your package the processing of your withdrawal may take up to 10 days.
To speed up the process please enclose our return form duly completed to your return shipment: Return form.

Cancellation consequences

If you cancel this purchase we are obliged to refund all payments that we received from you including delivery cost (but not additional costs that occurred due to you choosing a different delivery method than our proposed cheapest standard delivery). The refund has to be done immediately and latest within fourteen days from the day that we’ve received your message about the cancelled purchase. We will use the same method of payment for the refund that was used for the initial payment, unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not be charged any refund fees. We can decline the refund until we have received the returned goods or until we’ve received evidence that you’ve returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You are obliged to return the goods immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date you informed us about the cancellation of the purchase. To comply with that deadline, the returned goods have to be sent within that period. You are responsible for the return delivery costs of the goods. You are responsible for a value loss of the goods only, if this occurs due to a use of the goods which exceeds normal handling of the goods to observe their nature, properties and function.
